1. Project Introduction
dForce (DF) focuses on building an integrated and interoperable matrix of open finance and monetary protocols. Its three core components are: lending protocols (global liquidity pools and interest-bearing markets), asset protocols (multi-currency stablecoins and synthetic assets), and liquidity protocols (aggregators and AMMs). dForce is fully permissionless and non-custodial, enabling users to retain asset ownership while interacting with open-source protocols. Governance is decentralized, giving DF token holders final decision-making authority.

2. Team & Investment Info
Team:
Founded in 2019 by Mindao Yang, an early blockchain investor. He began investing in crypto and blockchain in 2013, participated in Ethereum’s early round in 2014, and backed over 30 blockchain projects. Prior to founding dForce, he worked at Hony Capital and Standard Chartered PE with over a decade of experience in PE, alternative investments, and VC.
Funding:
In April 2020, dForce Foundation raised $1.5M in strategic funding led by Multicoin Capital, with participation from Huobi Capital and CMB International (CMBI).
